Our legal mapping service creates a clear pathway for busy entrepreneurs. We offer fixed-price services tailored to start-ups and small businesses, from their initial concept through to their first four years of operation.

How does it work?

Booking & Preparation

When you book a Legal Mapping appointment we'll ask for a deposit and gather some basic information to get to know you and start tailoring your session.

Your appointment can be held at your workplace, via Zoom (or your preferred platform) or at Skillion Spaces in Terrigal.

During your 90-minute strategy session with our Principal Lawyer, Georgia Thomas, you will:

• Explain your business goals and discuss any legal concerns specific to your business.
• Learn how to protect your intellectual property and commercialise your ideas.
• Map out your business growth timeline and identify the legal priorities at each stage.
• Receive tailored legal guidance, including which documents you need, when you need them, and why.
• Leave with practical tools and a clear legal strategy to build and safeguard a legally resilient business.

Aftercare

Within one week of your strategy session, you'll receive a personalised follow-up report summarising everything discussed, including:

• The key legal issues and recommendations.
• A list of the documents your business needs.
• Fixed-price estimates (where available).
• Recommended timeframes based on your business priorities.

From there, the choice is entirely yours. You can engage a solicitor of your choosing to implement the recommendations, or, if you'd prefer, Georgia can introduce you to one of her trusted local law firms, where you'll have access to fixed-fee pricing and support to work through your legal priorities.
